Payment and pricing

• Items are not shipped until the order is paid for

• Payment is done through one of the provided payment methods

• I reserve the right to change the pricing of my items at any point, except on the individual items after a customer has paid for it.

Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order without fees. After this you are bound to the return and refund policy.

Warrenty

• BoredCreator is not responsible for the way in which the provided items are used. The customer is responsible for using the items in a safe way.

• The customer is responsible for using the item in the ways it's intended to be used, if the customer decides to use the items outside of it's intended purpose BoredCreator is not responsible for any damages.

• If an item arrives broken or is defective in it's use the customer must report this in writing and if possible provide photo evidence within 3 weeks after delivery.

Custom orders

• Custom orders will be quoted based on the goods or services you are ordereing

• A small fee is charged before I start working on the custom order, this is done to protect myself against sinking a lot of time into a project that the commissioner stops responding to.

• If you no longer want the custom made item I reserve full right to keep the fee charged before starting the project.

• If the reason for cancelling an order is because of something completely out of your control (sudden financial changes, mental health crisis, passing of a loved one, ect) you may get the full startup fee refunded.

• I retain copyright over the custom item, therefore you cannot sell the item or artwork as your own.

• Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded
