Web hosting/ webshop

I use webhosting services from Wix, Wix processes personal data on my behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, Wix might collect meta data regarding the use of the services. These are not personal data. Wix has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent loss and unauthorised use of your personal data.

Payment

BoredCreator accepts payments trough wix payments.

Through this service I accept credit/debit cards and payments via iDeal

My website isn’t intended to collect this type of information from our site visitors that are younger then 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. We cannot check if the user is over this age however. It’s always recommended for parents to keep a close eye on their childs online behaviour. If you believe I collected information without permission from a minor, please reach out to me via boredcreator101@gmial.com. Then this information will be deleted.

Why is this information collected

BoredCreator collects your information with the following goals:

Payment for your order
To get in contact with you about orders or services
To inform you of any changes or problems with your order
To offer you the opportunity to make an account on the website
To deliver goods or services to you
BoredCreator analyses your behaviour on the website in order to improve the websites accessibility and improve the product selection.
BoredCreator will process personal information if I am required to by law. Filing my taxes for example.

How long do I keep your information stored

Bored creator does not keep your information longer then necessary. As long as you have an account on the website, all the information provided on the account is stored. Upon deletion of your account the only information I have to keep is the order information for tax reasons.

Third parties

BoredCreator makes use of google analytics and other analysing softwares. You can choose to opt out of this by clicking the link at the bottom of all pages that says DO NOT SELL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION. BoredCreator is always responsible for handling your information.

Required information for shipping and taxes are only shared with the companies and government entities that absolutely need them. This is only done after you pace an order that would require this.

BoredCreator uses functional, analytical and tracking cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is saved upon first visiting the website in your computers browser of your computer, tablet or cell phone. BoredCreator uses these cookies to make sure the site functions as it should and that your presences are saved. They are also used to optimise the website. Lastly they are used to track your browsing activity so I can see what products and services drive traffic and to tailor advertisements to your browsing behaviour.

Upon fist visiting the site a cookies pop up showed up where I informed you of the cookies and asked for permission to use them. You can adjust the cookie settings in the cookies bar or by adjusting your cookie settings in your browser. You can delete previously saved cookies in your browser settings as well.

Getting a copy of your information, seeing it, changing it or deleting it

You have the right to get a copy of, see, change or delete your information. You also have the right to redact the permissions you previously gave about sharing your information.

You can submit a request for any of the above by sending an e-mail to boredcreator101@gmail.com

To make sure your were the one submitting the request I ask you to provide a copy of your ID. This is purely to make sure the information is being sent to the correct person and thus done for your own safety.
