Shipping Policy

All of my orders are shipped via Post-NL.

Shipping within the Netherlands is 8,90 euros

Shipping to Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg is 17 euros

Potential import costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The items are carefully packed and shipped to your door.

Returns are always to be discussed with me, toghether we will figure out the best course of action.

I will ask you to provide:

- your order number

- photo evidence of the problem (damage, stains ect)

- reason for return

There are three courses of action:

- I will take back the item, repair it and send it back to you

- The item price will be refunded

- I will send you a new item

In all three scenarios I may ask you to send the item back to me
